On-line payment by credit card:
On-line payment is the fastest and most secure method. This is very safe processes employing an extremely high level of encryption.  Please DO NOT include your credit card details in any e-mail corresponence as this is not particularly secure. We regret we are UNABLE to take telephone credit card orders.

Postage and Packing:
Shipping costs are listed on our Shipping Page.  The price you see on the check out screen is the price you pay.

Returns and cancellation:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will be happy to replace it or give you a full refund. In either case the goods will need to be returned to us for inspection (at our expense). In the unlikely event that this occurs please e-mail us at info@sanfranciscocookies.com stating whether you prefer a refund or a replacement and we will e-mail you with full instructions for the returns process.
